We are an established retail butchers, situated in three
locations in Southport, Merseyside, UK.
Our barbeque catering started in 1979 when
Graham was 18 years old. He was asked to cook sirloin steaks on a barbeque for a party of 120 in
Formby.
This was such a success that it gave Graham the idea for a complete BBQ service.

Since
then we have catered for Club parties of up to 800 guests, Weddings,
Christenings, Car Sale open days and even a 100th birthday celebration.
We haven't done a funeral, but would if asked (no cremated
steaks though!).
Part of our popularity comes from our selection of unusual
homemade sausages, such as Pork, Cheese & Onion, Pork with Wholegrain
Mustard and succulent Pork & Leek.

All together there are 25
different varieties we use.
The Aberdeen Angus steaks we use - supplied by Scotch
Premier Meats from Inverurie, Aberdeenshire - are always highly praised for
their taste and tenderness, due of course to the expert butchery skills we have.
Grade A English Chicken breast fillets are always well
marinated in an imaginative Thai or Kentucky style
seasoning.
