We offer the full barbeque catering service, including our very
popular Hog Roast and Lamb Roast. We can even do a three meat roast
for the larger function. The hog roast or lamb roast service consists
of us personally roasting the hogs and lamb at the venue and then
serving the hog roast or lamb roast to you with a choice of stuffing’s
and sauces. The hog roast and lamb roast usually takes 5 to 6 hours
to be cook.
We also have three butchers shops in Southport in the North West
of the UK - we're famous for our specialty
sausages and are licensed game dealers.
A new service we are offering is our wedding cheesecake which is
a variety of cheeses built up in a style of a wedding cake. These
Wedding Cheesecakes will be a good choice for all you cheese lovers
